Can’t believe this was refurbished. Top quality
In full transparency, I had to order two of these items from two different sellers. The first one did not work out. Charger would not work (it was generic). Packaging was fine (Green Amazon box). I had to return it. The second one I ordered exceeded expectations. This was likely refurbished by Apple. Plastic wrap around the white box, branded charger, not a single blemish. Screen protecting film. I felt like I was buying a new Apple laptop. Everything has worked great. I would recommend buying refurbished again, but recognize it might take more than one try.

Awesome Possum
Great value for your money. My MacBook came with no scratches or chips missing. All buttons and function work perfectly. The battery life seems like it’s brand new. It holds a charge for a very long time, not sure exactly how long though. In the battery life settings, it shows the MacBook has normal battery life. I don’t know why apple removed the percentage health, but I’m assuming “normal” battery life is either 90 or 95 percent and up. Overall I have no complaints and I love how smooth easy everything is. Also, I saw there were a lot of reviews saying that they had a non-Apple or defective charging cable, but mine is an Apple charging cable. I know this because on the cube, it says its designed in Apple California and its got the model number and stuff.

Does Not Come With MagSafe Cable
Does not come with MagSafe charger despite one of the product’s main photos being a “What’s included in the box”, where you can clearly see it says it includes the MagSafe charger. I bought this laptop in order to use for music production, and I opted for the M2 version over the M1 despite performance being almost identical simply because I wanted the extra USB-C slot so I can use it to plug in my audio interface and midi controller at the same time as charging the computer. On the M1 model MacBook air there is only 2 USB-C slots and one of those is occupied by the charger if the computer is plugged into power. The M2 remedied this by including the MagSafe cable. This way you can still charge your device while having both USB-C slots occupied. I contacted the seller seeing if they would just ship me a MagSafe cable since I just spent over $700 for a computer that was labeled (Excellent Condition). I would have expected that they would have at least replaced the missing items with 3rd party ones, but instead they cut corners and argued that the simple USB-C to USB-C cable they included was the same thing, despite it clearly starting that the computer originally comes with a MagSafe cable instead. A MagSafe cable only costs about $20, but it really should have been included. Also, the wall adapter included was not the original. the one provided says it’s 65watts but this is doubtful considering its smaller than my 30Watt Apple Charger (Included a picture of the one they gave me next to my Apple 30Watt wall adapter). but I could overlook that and be happy if I just had the MagSafe cable. If they decided to honor their promise to provide replacements for the items missing then I’ll change this review to 5 stars. But I just can’t give anything higher than 1 when I didn’t receive everything included on the product page.

Great Purchase on Renewed MacBook Air M2 Space Grey
I was a bit nervous about purchasing a renewed MacBook, especially since I only had one previous experience with used items (a perfect working pair of Beats Solo 3). After doing a lot of research and watching reviews on YouTube, I decided this was the way to go, since I already own an M2, and I am very pleased with my decision!!The MacBook looks brand new—no scratches or fingerprints at all! Wow!! The battery life is at 100%, It performs like new, speed is fast so far. It’s also incredibly lightweight and easy to use, making it perfect for both work and travel! Plus, buying renewed allowed me to save some money.If you’re considering a renewed MacBook, I highly recommend it!!!!!

Amazing Laptop!
So I was coming from a Macbook Pro 2015, so obviously there’s going to be a massive difference between the two devices. The device came as expected – not in original packaging, but it was packaged very nicely. I knew I didn’t need anything new, I just needed something that worked better than the last laptop that I had – and this one works splendidly.The main issue I have with this laptop is the smudges. It’s kind of hard to clean the laptop screen when it gets finger prints on it, and it gets finger prints on it easily. Otherwise the laptop is in good shape, and it fits my overall needs (which really isn’t much, but as I am on my laptop a whole lot I needed something better and worthwhile than the 2015 macbook pro that I was using.) I can light game on it, which is what I do mostly gaming wise (I haven’t tried anything heavy, though I don’t typically game heavy.) Overall I would recommend this laptop if you are in need of an upgrade! The battery life on this thing is amazing, all day battery – idk about the 18 hrs that it promises but it is definitely all day battery life. The design is sleek and light, makes it easy for me to put it in my work bag and take it to work.10/10 laptop, and it’s going to last me for a while.

Amazing! Looks brand new and is perfect for my daughter’s high school rigorous curriculum. Beautiful screen and movies play great also. She was thrilled! Will be ordering another one shortly for my husbands work. Don’t see a need to buy the 2025. This one is perfect.

Good value
This MacBook Air is a replacement for a 2016 MacBook Plus where the screen and a thunderbolt port had given out. So far I am impressed, it arrived promptly and looks brand new, no cosmetic flaws seen, MacOS Monterey was installed. The major problem I have had has been in transferring data from the old machine to the new, this has always been simple in the past, but this time around was a nightmare:- no screen on the old MacBook, a change of modem, router and password by my internet provider in the interval before receiving the new laptop and various software incompatibilities with the new silicon chip system in the new machine. So far I have managed to retrieve data from the cloud (with difficulty) but I cannot connect wirelessly to my printer and am totally unable to scan. I now plan to repair the old MacBook plus as a backup.On the positive side, the Air is lighter, runs a lot cooler and has a MagSafe power connector then two thunderbolt ports, a big improvement over the Plus which only had two thunderbolt ports which also were the power connection. For my uses its’ performance is indistinguishable from the MacBook plus.

iOS user satisfied completely
This is exactly what i was wanting. I still use it today and love it. I wish it was touch screen, but the one i have isn’t. The only thing I’ve had to do is replace the charging cord. Its speed is excellent. I’m able to stream and play on cloud gaming, do endless amounts of editing and creating on Canva and study until I can’t see anymore without any lagging issues. The intentional purpose of this purchase was for nursing school, but it’s far surpassed the need for a busy virtual student.The imaging is excellent, I wish there was a numerical pad, but that was not a feature that would make or break this purchase. All my Apple products connected is great too.100% will buy again

Pretty impressed
It’s renewed so I’ve been very skeptically inspecting this device over the 2 weeks I’ve had it.Differences that I can discern vs new are:- small scratch near one of the screws on the bottom- rubber trim that keeps the screen off the keyboard when closed isn’t perfectly straight (but works just fine)- didn’t come in the original box- came with a 65W generic usb c charger instead of magsafeBattery, screen, performance are all great as far as I can tell, and that’s really all I care about anyway. So it was a great deal for me.
