    Very Happy, received as advertised.

    I purchased the “good” condition laptop and the product quality was as advertised. it is neat, fully functional and in very good condition. Minor scratches are only visible upon close inspection. Laptop specifications are exactly as specified and the battery is in good condition. I am very happy with this purchase.

    Great product!

    I was super skeptical about purchasing but this laptop was definitely worth the money. Its refurbished so it came with a few minor bumps and scratches but the laptop is operating perfectly. It’s super lightweight and the battery life is great.

    Wow! Literally, PRISTINE. Simple and quick transfer of from old mac to this one. Honestly, as a writer who’s owned a ton of macbooks, I don’t think I’ll ever again pay $700 MORE at an Apple store.

    Multiple damaged/defective computers

    Please do not buy from this company! My first Macbook that was received was defective, as it would not charge despite using 5+ different charging methods (including the one I was given). They graciously sent me another computer; however, completely forgot to send the charger alongside it. On top of this, they sent me yet another defective computer that did not hold charge well, had a glitch in the screen, and issues with the “e” and “w” key. After trying to reach out to them for over a week, they have yet to respond to me. Do not buy from this company if you are looking for a quality computer.

    A Perfect Purchase

    I start a new job soon and needed a reliable computer to use for work. I knew a Mac would be a great purchase for my tasks and I decided to look into purchasing the MacBook Air 2020. Of course, I can’t go into “nitty-gritty” details of the laptop as the pros can, but I can share my experience so far with the machine and the seller.Overall, this was the perfect purchase. As you can see in the picture, I have a nice external monitor to use as a secondary screen. It doesn’t have the vibrance of the retina display and you may be able to see that in the picture. For productivity, this is an awesome laptop. I have tried to simulate a typical day for me and use social media, stream video, text (using the iMessage app), and type emails all at the same time, and I have not encountered any slowdown or delays. So far, the battery life holds very well and I don’t see any issue yet.As mentioned, if you need a more in-depth review of the device and its functionality it may be best to search the web for the MacBook Air 2020 review. This seller is awesome and shipped the device immediately. I didn’t have to wait long to receive this device. When it comes to “renewed” devices your mileage may vary, but this laptop looks brand new. No scratches, no dents, and no cracks. The only blemish I have seen is the box (original Apple box) had a little dent on it. I am going to recommend this seller to a friend who is in the market for a Mac as well.I feel like this was the perfect purchase for me and I will use this seller again when I am shopping for another mac.**I gave the “Touch Screen” five stars but this device is not a touch screen. The only “touch” function on the MacBook Air is the fingerprint scan on the keyboard.**

    Best experience with a seller ever!! Strongly recommend ordering from them.

    I’m really impressed with this sellers customer service. Probably the best I’ve experienced on here. I ordered the MacBook and it worked great however the charger had stopped charging it so I contacted customer service and they promptly responded and shipped me a new charger free of charge. I think they over nighted it to me because claire the lady I talked to originally said 2 to five days to get it. And I got it the next day via UPS. I strongly recommend this seller. And my Mac book still has Apple care warranty which is nice. Overall great laptop and excellent price for being a newer Mac. I’ve seen older ones from 2014 sell for over twice what I paid. This one has the intel chipset. So the amount of apps you can get in App Store is pretty limited but I rather this one because of what I use it for which is for my iPhone mainly. The jailbreaking process is more stable than the ones with the Apple silcone chipset. But overall my experience with this seller really impressed me. They seem to care about their customers a lot. Most other on here could care less I find.

    Overheats and can’t run multiple tabs?? Returning

    Okay so I’ve had this for 3 weeks now. When I first opened it there was a pretty obvious scratch marks near the logo which bothered me a bit but I ended up getting a case for it anyways so no problem. There was also this very small seemingly dried up chocolate bit on the corner but I wiped it and it was fine. Other than that it looked great appearance wise. But it came with a very dusty screen, SO DUSTY LIKE EVERYWHERE, I bought a refurbished Mac from a diff company on Amazon a few days before I bought this one and it came dusty as well so this seems common. I logged into all my iCloud stuff very easily so set up was easy. Had 250 charging cycles, a macs charging cycle max is typically 1000 before it needs to be replaced. I planned on using this for casual use as well as school but nothing too heavy. Just google applications like slides and docs, zoom, etc. it worked great at first and I was so happy with it. Battery life great charged fast! However a few days ago I played YouTube in the back on 1 tab and was just reading an article in another tab. I had maybe 5 tabs open in total. It started heating up and MAKING SO MUCH NOISE. Like a jet about to take off. I’m disappointed because if ur average computer can’t run a few tabs with YouTube in the back then it’s not worth $600 that I paid for. I also decided to play the built in chess game mac has, and I couldn’t even get 2 minutes in before it started overheating and being SUPER LOUD. I tried to even play a simple cool maths game and nope, same reaction very quickly. I know macs are known for being bad at gaming but Jesus… it’s chess and cool math games… it’s just not worth my $600! Its highly recommended by a lot of ppl to get a mac with the M chips, so I’m deciding to get the same model as this but with the refurbished M1 chip which is $100 more (with another seller on here who hopefully won’t screw me over) but apparently it runs absolutely fantastic so I hope it’ll be worth it! Obviously will be returning this oneHonestly getting a refurbished mac is a huge hit or miss. I can’t say if I’d recommend u buy from here or not. There’s always gonna be great and horrible and in the middle reviews. As long as u can return it I think it’s somewhat worth it to try if u rly want to, but don’t feel pressured! I rly hope this review helped anyone reading. This is my honest review
